Mike Riley is the genius behind the vision and innovations of Cape Cod Panel. He began framing in his late teens. Having spent his childhood visiting sites with his general contractor father, he was inspired by building at a young age.

Mike began his own framing crew in his early 20's, and has continued to innovate the process, always curious of new technologies available.

Mike can execute the most complicated designs, and his work can be enjoyed all over Cape Cod, from the most exclusive residential neighborhoods to stairs on the National Seashore. 

He has been featured twice in This Old House, Andersen Windows Media and others. 

Mark Henrichson has been framing for thirty years. Born and bred in Omaha, Nebraska, he mastered the art of rough framing, specializing in roofs.

He owned his own company in Nebraska, excelling in fast and proficient framing for residential and commercial builds. His techniques earned him publications on This Old House, The Build Show and Fine Home Building to name a few, as well as a large Instagram following.

Mark delivers quality framing with pride as owner, designer, shop and field management. When he isn’t framing, he is likely listening to a record from his epic vinyl collection. 

Jonny Rathbun is as talented and dedicated as they come. He has been Mike’s right hand man since long before Cape Cod Panel began.  Jonny is our lead designer, who is able to easily identify problems on our design software that would otherwise cause headaches, change orders, time and money in the field.   

Jonny’s attention to detail and lifetime of framing experience lends itself to much of the success of what we do at Cape Cod Panel.
