ABOUT OUR COMPANY

FRAMING FOR THE 21st CENTURY

Cape Cod Panel manufactures premium exterior walls, interior partitions and Gable components for Residential and Commercial construction. Using Cape Cod Panel quality components provides a faster build time and ROI for General Contractors, Framers and Homeowners.

EXPERIENCE MATTERS

Brennick Building Systems and M.L. Riley Construction bring the strength of 40 years combined experience in building and framing construction. CCP continues to manufacture panels for virtually any size wood frame residential or commercial structure in our fully enclosed 9000 sq. ft. facility.

EFFICIENCY BY DESIGN

Our design process is the cornerstone of what we do. Our design team reviews and recreates your plans and produces shop drawings and a final optimized materials list ready for our computerized saw. CCP customers rely on our quality interior and exterior wall components to help accelerate their building process. Cape Cod Panel is committed to quality components and customer satisfaction.

PROVEN TRACK RECORD IN THE FIELD

Cape Cod Panel assembly and stacking process promotes efficiency in the field. Just-in-time panels provide value often trimming weeks out of the build schedule. Panels are delivered to the job site in order, based on how and where you need them on-site. Our process is key to efficient builds – minimizing waste, time and labor. We know first hand what less material handling means to a project. Optimized cutting and assembly in our facility means reduced material waste, less job site disturbance and cleanup. Less weather exposure to material, lower dumpster costs, and reduced material theft has proven successful for projects from small homes to large commercial units.
